But do they have the actual BOXES? And if so, bust that gak open and show us some sprues already!

Looking at the box design , its really awful.

GW need to fire who ever made the cover.

What's wrong with the box?

I mean, besides the fact that the building back there looks like Minas Tirith, I think it looks great. What really burns my ass though, is that if this were a Tau release that valkyrie in the background would be on fire...

Any roumours as to whether Vulture parts are included?

meh, not that impressive compared to what they're capable of. Pictures of sprues are on dakka somewhere (sorry don't know where). Vulture parts not included, if i remmeber right there's a choice of missile pods or fuel tanks though.

Warseer has had the sprues up for some time I could have sworn they were posted here as well.

I do hope GW will be selling those flying stands separately in the future.

The kit seems to come with just multiple rocket pods and hellstrike missiles, no fuel tanks as far as I can see from those sprues, which is a pity.

Weird. The fuselage in the box cover seems a lot stockier than the pic in WD. Must be the perspective.

It's still unbelievable that we get it as plastic kit. I'm so happy I was so close to buying the FW version, but I hate working with resin..

Most fascinating is that it doesn't seem to have changed much in comparison to the FW model, it's really close and in fact I don't really see a difference at all, personally. It's not like the baneblade, a side by side with a FW one and you can tell the difference.

Gives me really high hopes for future models, though I expect Tau won't be getting anything as cool as that.

Try playing Tyranids, where every super heavy/ big kit is designed to simply mow down your numbers advantage with, well, every weapon they mount. At least Tau can shoot back and hurt something...

BrookM is spot on - there are no fuel tanks in the kit.

Also, in case anyone is wondering, the box pics seen on BoLS are from April's White Dwarf.

Looks more like some sort of slowed gothic drop ship.

Those rockets looks like the ones in DOW when they ship down building via robotic rockets rofl.

BoLS don't have the boxes, let alone the sprues. They just got e-mailled the pics that are in April White Dwarf.

I think it has already been stated that there are parts to create the "Vendetta" which is more of a gunship, but not an actual Vulture.

US$58 is the last I heard. It's £35 in the UK which is the same price as either Land Raider box, but the US have the weird thing where the Redeemer is $50 but the regular Land Raider kit is $55. So it might be some weird US pricing thing.

That seems a bit of a stretch. Both are buildings that are vaguely triangle-y and have a tower, but that's about it.
