Sooo reading over the Rogue Trader book I was merely considering the possibilty of playing Rogue Trader via either AIM or IRC. This is just to see if there is any interest at all before going else where.

Fantasy Flight games has released a Rogue Trader game recently. I'm told it's a good system, and a great book.

It is a GREAT book. So detailed and beautiful. An expanded system over Dark Heresy. You start out very strong. One PC gets to be the Rogue Trader with the Warrent of Trade. And you get a set amount of points to spend on your ship. Sooooo much to explore in the Kronus Expanse, the extreme northwest of the Imperium.

Sounds like fun. How would it work being PBEM? Seems like that might be hard to coordinate.. or just require a lot of patience on the participating player end.

Have you guys had an opportunity to use Google Wave? I got a buddy to give me an invite the other day and it seemed like this sort of thing would be the only good particular use of the service.
