I was trying to order some stuff the other day from the UK GW website. When I went to check out and pay for my stuff, the following error message popped up:

'The handling instruction quantities exceed the quantity of the item assigned to the shipping group'.

I assume this means they can't send it all in one parcel? However, removing items from the cart made no difference so in the end I gave up and ordered from Maelstrom & Wayland instead (wish I hadn;t now because they are taking so long but that's another matter entirely).

Anyone else seen this error before and knows what it means? I tried emailing GW but they never bothered replying....

Pick up ze phone, that's the best way to resolve this problem.

I never saw that particular error, but I had issues with their site awhile back. I had to have my account deleted and then re register. If you continue to see that error on check out then you may need to do the same. Best thing is to call.
