Paint all my army! Easily doable.
Cut down on buying new stuff! Doable.
Stop talking 40k to brother and nephews, when non playing family is in the room, possible maybe.
Stop drinking so much coffee.

Painting Orks, competitive 2000 pts.
Adding some models to CSM army.
Building 20 Sternguard Veterans with combi-meltas from DA Veterans.
Going to the GT 2010 with either CSM or Eldar.

primary: build tyranids all year and stick to them for my 40k army!

secondary: build empire army for WFB and stick to them!

I need to finish painting a model or unit before I buy another. Too many unpainted figures in my cases.

Paint more of my backlog, lots of RT stuff that needs to see the light. More scratchbuilding and converting!

Cut down on delicious take away and warhammer stuff.

Paint my army, paint my terrain, acquire more terrain, (maybe make a whole terrain board?) maybe start second army. (Mechanized Space Wolves or Shooty Tau...)

Finish painting 1k sons, and start orks. Dont have to worry about GKs my buddy is painting those for me as he is a better painter and those guys need to be painted well...but i do need to pay him. Get a really good handle on the rules and better my tactics.

secondar: lose 20 pounds and keep it off (not so easily done)

To start going to the gym 2-3 times a week ;____;

To start building and painting figures from all the boxes of sprues I have stacked against the wall.

#1: Build and paint two all-plastic flying Hive Tyrants. (I did an ASK.com image search on "Flying Hive Tyrant" and the first picture that came up was from Insaniak's thread ((From 2006!)) where he built a winged Hive Tyrant for Lorek. It blew me away.) However, I'm more of a kitbasher and try to avoid doing any putty work unless absolutely necessary.

#2: Find someone who will buy my whole Ork army so I don't have to part it out and pay out my ass for shipping.

#3: Buy a decent camera so I can get my own P&M Blog going.

#1 Get attic finished. It's becoming my personal mancave for gaming. Photo booth, display case, a desk against the window with a spraybooth built into it, and a desk attached to it for painting. Build the much-talked about Kasr table(with working light fixtures!).
#2 Finish assembling all the infantry for the Cadian 82nd. Paint said infantry.
#3 Get all the Interior conversion kits for the Chimeras for the 82nd. Chimeras then receive the painting treatment.
#4 Figure out how best to headswap the Cadian Kasrkin Sergeants for the respirator heads I have in a box, along with the dangling respirator. Without y'know...completely fething the models up. Altering the arm poses just enough to make them different wouldn't be too bad.
#5 Finish assembling all 15 Leman Russes and 6 Sentinels.

#6 Don't feth up at college while accomplishing 1-5.

complete lined out IG projects.
lose weight!

Complete my IG.
Actually get to a gaming club/group and maybe enter some tourneys.
Build a gaming table and scenery.
Scratchbulld deff dreads and Kans for my sons Ork army.

Loose weight/stop eating biscuits and crisps.

2010= Paint a minimum of an ork a day until all my orks are painted

also:

* Don't start any new terrain projects until I complete one that is already started on a 1:1 basis

-Be able to field a proper, fully painted (and hopefully based) army
-Start playing fantasy (Most likely if 8th ED and a new Tomb Kings book both get released). I would have started soon, if it were not for the local store being sold out of the no longer made Tomb Kings Army set my friend told me it had (the big one). Build a 2k or 3k army for Tomb Kings.
-Expand my Tau Empire to 2k or more

Most of this probably involves getting a job, so gonna throw that in there, because its indirectly hobby related.

- Finish painting the terrain I have.
- Paint up my BFG ships and try to find someone to play with.
- Paint up my Space Hulk.
- Repaint some of my IG and paint the few that aren't painted.

1. Increase my painted Chaos Marine army from 1000 pts to 2000 pts (Easy to do - 1/2 there with models I have on hand).

2. Check out the local gaming shops get-together at least once. (Also easy enough)

3. Come up with an effective transport system for my minis (Not a problem, just need some time)

4. Finish turning the basement room into a game room (Unlikely to happen this year, got to do a nursery)

5. Spend less time drifting through forums and more time...moving. (Ugh.)

Come to America first. An English accent drives the ladies nuts. Foreign enough to be exotic, familiar enough to be safe. Just don't stand next to the Australian guy.

Stretch Goals for 2010:
1) Paint one Fire Dragons squad (of 10 models).
2) Buy no GW models.
3) Lose 8 pounds.

Hard but doable.

Whatever you do, don't move anywhere in the Kansas City area, it sucks. Stick to the northeast, they have a minimal risk of natural disasters.
