Macro really does pick up every last detail, at least now i can see what places need touching up.

For my guardians i was wondering whether to wash them like the guy on the right in the first picture or keep them like the guy on the left?

Vastly better pictures there, well done.

If you're not sure... try watering down the wash, and seeing the effect that creates. It'll sink into all the recesses, whilst keeping the flat surfaces closer to their original colour. Creates more real depth.

I've just finished making exactly the same kit for my Eldar. It's funny that when faced with a box of Guardians, you instinctively go for the Support Weapon Team rather than the boring Shuriken Catapult Guardians
