Hey guys im new to this site and new to blood bowl, I have a question for you experienced players. Do you reckon it it is possible to make team out of the warhammer fantasy models? The reason I ask is because I like converting models. I've been into Warhammer since I was 7 and found that I really like making my own models but I dont know if it is possible to do it for Blood Bowl, so your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey phoenix1787: Your threads will get many more views and helpful answers if you give them more descriptive titles. I have changed the title of this thread as an example. It's also important to use proper spelling and grammar so that you posts are easy to understand. I've also made changes in this respect. Please note these changes and apply them to your future posts. Thanks!

Entirely possible to do but would require a little bit of converting know-how to make them not look like poo. In fact, its an avenue worth pursuing if you can source the models cheaply as the GW offered BB teams are stupidly expensive.

Yes. Most teams can be converted fairly easily from FB figures. For example the Skaven, Lizardmen, Norse, Beastmen and most Undead teams can all
be made with minimal trouble form basic infantry box models. Leave the shields and weapons unattached, reposition the hands if necessary and you
have a BB player!

Shout out to Black Scorpion, who currently offer a great BB team: http://www.blackscorpionminiatures.com/index.php?cPath=31 Unfortunately, they only offer one at the moment. There used to be a human team but it seems to have mysteriously disappeared . . . The Ogre is the last remnant . . .

Yes WHFB model work great,I like them better then the ulgy Blood Bowl model (they just don't hold up anymore).
Also Impact minitures has a game Elfball, there teams are basiclly Blood Bowl teams with different name, and not badly priced. I any planning to update my Nerco with there Samhaino line.

Bob: Outrageous, How dare he say such blasphemy. I've got to do something.
Man #1: Bob, there's nothing you can do.
Bob: Well, I guess I'll just have to develop a sense of humor. |

It is very easy to convert existing models into BB players. Besides WHFB, the next easiest is to convert the new Dark Eldar into Dark Elf Blood Bowl players.
The other ones that are easy to do, from the easiest on:
Orcs and Orks (Nobz = Black Orcs)
Lizardmen (use Temple Guard for the players.. they are more armored and beefier)
Khemri (From the Tomb Guard box)
Chaos (beastmen and Chaos Warriors... easy)
Skaven (the Stormvermin helms are very good for players)
Goblins (from the common Goblin box, with 2x Trolls - maybe AoBP ones)
Norse (from Marauders on foot crossed with Marauder Horsemen heads)
- Piousman
