My conversion of the Parasite of Mortrex, with massive Metroid fanservice. Body of a Space Hulk Broodlord, head of an OOP Lord of Change, wings of Morathi's Dark Pegasus, and a tiny Ripper from the Forge World pack. Scratch-build canister made from a Defiler and the tubes in which Gale Force 9 green stuff is sold. Finished with Humbrol enamel varnishes in gloss, satin and matt.

Very nice use of the Space Hulk 'nid (correct if wrong). I also like the pterodactyl head, it keeps in theme with the rest of the army! What's the idea of the broken glass cannister though?

It's a reference to the game shown in the video, in this case the creature (Ridley in the game) is breaking open canisters containing research organisms, tying in with the Parasite's ability to spawn units of Rippers.

I would love to, and it's a definite possibility some time, but at present this is a one-off Metroid themed model in a Jurassic Park-themed army
