Hi all, so after being into Tau for over 3 years I actually finished my first full squad. Now all that is left is half of the sept markings and ofc. the bases, but as I want them snowy I'll do the entire army at once, once... And because I'm just lazy ^^ Over the years I've had the desert scheme, an all black scheme with stars on it and I finally settled on this one. Only 1600 points left now

I can't say i have any comments aside from saying they are fantastically painted. The colors are very nice. Keeping in the Tau's love of bright armor. The banner model is Awesome!
The highlights look incredible. Base them up and they will look gravy!

Excellent paint job and great basing on some of them would love to see them all based. Wish the pictures were a bit brighter. Are the rifle barrels drilled?

Your color scheme and crisp highlights really got my attention! I do hope you finish basing the entire squad though, as the few that are based look fantastic.

@Malivon: They weren't drilled, I always paint them as if they were lenses. I don't know why, but I like the look of it
@Shooms: Thanks! It is indeed a freehand banner, I started off with a rectangle of plasticard, cut out the ends, melted it into shape, painted blue and yellow, scraped off the paint as I didn't like it (wich gave me the weathered look ). The design isn't mine, I just googled the dragon.

Very nice, the color choice is great. Good contrast. You did the armor crevices very well, every piece of armor stands out very well! I've been trying to do the same with my fire warriors, but sadly not successful. It just ends up looking odd and blotched.

My kroot have been on advancedtautactica for some time now, but I'll repost them here. The suits are being worked on
I gave 2 of them tattoos as to not have to use the backpacks on all the models.

Shouldn't have used the horse, was an easy way to find a saddle though... Long time ago, this one.
