Hey guys,
So its been a while since I've put anything up over here, but I recently finished a Space Wolves Commission and figured I'd share it with you!
It consisted of:

1 Rune Priest
5 Wolf Guard
10 Long Fangs
30 Grey Hunters

The next group is going to have some Land Speeders and Thunderwolf Cavalry, amongst other things. Also, the pictures washed out the snow basing. :(

Rune Priest with Frost Blade

Long Fangs

Wolf Guard

Grey Hunters

I have more pictures over on the blog, and I'll have more pictures up when I receive and finish the next group of models! Thanks for looking!

Nice work. Your customer should be thrilled! I especially like the level of skill you display working with hair/fur. Although I can't really discern a lot of detail in your choice of flocking material, I think that's one of the perils of doing snow bases.

@ Jimsolo: Thanks! The client wanted the pure snow bases with the white rim. I personally would have left the rims black to keep a little detail and prevent the snow from washing out, but hey, to each their own, right?

I was gonna say that with black-rimmed bases, this army would look totally boss. The painting is great, but the all white bases wash them out.

- Deathskulls - 6150

Looks great, but I can't tell if there is anything on the base or is it just painted white?

The pen is mightier then the sword, but you must keep a sword handy for when the pen runs out of ink.

@Fattimus_Maximus: There's snow flock on the base. The entire base was painted white, then a layer of watery PVA Glue and the snow flock was applied. Finally, the rims were repainted white.

I'm still in agreement with the black rims, though the all white bases does give them a true snowy look. Thanks for the comments guys!

These are great!
And considering that the customer wanted the bases the way you made theme I have nothing to complain.

Although they would be plain awesome if the bases would have some stones, skulls or any other type of detail on them.

@AvatarForm & Wulfen Andy: I received all the models pre-assembled, so I didnt' have to search for the Missile Launchers. However, they're the Scout Missile Launchers, which, imho, look really good on the Wolves.
@imark789: He sure is, just needs a Chooser of the Slain Baby Carlos to go with him!
@Enzephalon: I agree, I had thought about a little rock or skulls or something on the Rune Priest at least.

Thanks guys! I'll be getting the next group of them in the next week or so, so on top of other projects, there'll be more Wolves soon!
