Okie dokie so i was looking into some of the Dark Hersey on scribd and i downloaded them and after reading into them i was left ith WTF? . cn some please in tehre everlasting and great wisdom explain the game to me

It's an RPG.

You gather together a group of players (3+1 is a good starting number), and one person plays the Game Master (runs the world, creates the scenario/plot/NPCs, etc.) and the other players each pick a type of character to be. You then play the game.

If you want more detail than that, you're going to have to ask some more specific questions.
