Incredible job. Truly striking. It's really interested to see the two Magnus' next to each other. The color palette works perfectly as well.

Thank you so much! He was a lot of fun to paint, made a nice break from masses of red armour.

Thanks man, I didn't realize how small the resin Magnus was until I put them side by side.

Thanks!

I have been hard at work giving my many TSons some more vehicles these last few months. The printer has been chugging away and my supply of red paint being depleted at rapid pace.

My first test tank was a custom tank destroyer with Grav gun. Knowing what I know now, I would have printed it at a more detailed resolution, the layer lines are very obvious close up. From a distance it is decent enough.

Similar story with this Whirlwind, battle damage covers up some flaws very nicely though

Last month I saw an old Predator kit gathering dust in my local hobby store so obviously I had to rescue it!

I also did up a Vindicator that I have had in pieces for years...

Heading back to the printer, I made the first Land Raider of many. Definitely my favourite SM tank design

Busting through my photobooth is the imposing Fellblade which I notice is no longer on the GW webstore, plastic model when??

Also a Legion Chimera because why not?

Okay, enough tanks, how about some flyers, first up, the Xiphon Interceptor

And snagged from some Space Wolves is the Stormfang Gunship

Finally for the painted stuff is a Caestus Assault Ram

I am also picking away at a couple more Land Raiders, a MK2b Achilles and what I am dubbing the MK2c Excelsior

And as is tradition, a nice big family photo, as you can see, those layer lines pretty much vanish with a little distance.

Not bad for a few months work if I do say so myself!

My goodness that’s a lot of armour! Love the cracked stone effect you’ve added to the white bits on some of them, quite fitting for the Sons

Thanks! It's a nice way to break up all the red, I might go back to some of my older vehicles and add a few more white panels at some point.
