After stalking the forums for a week or so, decided to man up and join. From the North Texas area so maybe will meet some new people to play with. I have been around 40k for....8 or 9 years, played on and off and I swear I have ADD when it comes to making an army.
Played SM first, went through like 3 color scheme changes, got bored and switched to Necrons and got bored of them, went to DA's... got bored, attempted BA and never ended up fully converting over, switched to IG and guess what? I got bored again. So now I am attempting to sell off my IG to create ANOTHER SM army... just one giant circle.
So you will see me posting around as Im still trying to reacquaint myself to the "new" edition, so be prepared.

Welcome to Dakka. Don't get too attached to the current edition, rumors abound that it only has a few months (well, 6 maybe) left in it and then it's going to take its rightful place in history next to Windows Vista and the GM Hummer. So in short, don't spend a lot of $$$ on books, etc as they may soon be bargain-basement blowouts on eBay as obsolescence consumes them.
