This was just a quick for fun list I made. I would still expect to see a few wins from it though.

1500 Points on the nose, I would personally group the Captain with the Flamer Squad because it seems most assaulty.

Looks like a fun list I did a Squat Bike list along those lines would love to face you with my Squat biker army but those lists are no longer legal :( . But my Grot Rebelion would love your bike list

For casual play it looks great. In competitive play you might have a problem taking down transports.

I quite like the list.

Powerfists may not be needed, if you end up in cc you will die, you have to combat tactic out of it and run away. The meltas and flamers have to get a bit too close for my liking.

I like to have something ling ranged like a typhoon just in case. Then also if I am running a vanilla bike list I include an expensive command squad.

I think your scout bikers could be slightly improved but I am still learning about them. Meltabombs for example?

Yeah, the 300 points for a unit of scouts? I just don't see the return on investment happening here for the alpha strike you are hoping to get. I would use the points elsewhere.

With that being said, I am open to trying anything. If it works for you, then go with it.

Have you considered Kor'sarrow Khan and outflanking to get close without being shot.
