So I was thinking that wyches, succubuses, and Lelith's Dodge save should get better when they are only facing one enemy. It is much easier to dodge when attacks only come from one place. Wouldn't a gladiator be pretty hard to hit in a challenge?

To represent this I think wyches and succubuses dodge should go from 4++ to 3++ in challenges and leliths from 3++ to 2++.

Again this would only be in challenges, so it wouldnt be to uber powerful as you could just refuse to challenge them.

I could go for that.

On a side note they should be able to take their dodge save against any damage done in the Assault phase as a whole

Remember they're not just taking attacks from one guy. It's not like everyone forms a circle around the duellists and watch them duke it out, the duellists have to watch out for stray rounds and attacks, so your comment about being much easier to dodge in a challenge doesn't hold much water with me.

on the forum. Obviously

I would just settle for dodge saves being used in ranged combat, TBH.
I mean, they are meant to have ridiculously fast reflexes.

since when has any other character in a challenge had to watch out about stray rounds or attacks. In a challenge you can ONLY be hit by the members of the challenge, so putting your full concentration on them might be a good idea. Given full concentration I think going from a 4++ to a 3++ sounds about right.
