The Background section is incredibly generic. This would be more of a focused section to have discussions on a specific book rather than background.

Gathering the Informations.

Actually, I would like this too.

The Background section would (presumably) be the place to discuss how the books themselves impact the fabric of the universes/setting but a place to discuss the book and how well it was written, what we liked about it, etc?

That would be a place I would enjoy posting in rather than find somewhat of a chore like the Background forum is where people are constantly questioning the "canon" of sources, etc. Especially with the "GOTCHA!" mentality that seems so prevalent in the 40k Background forum.
