Hello,
I am fairly new to the hobby & I am trying to figure out what this Bit is.
I have searched on the web/ebay trying to find images or the slightest mention of it but found nothing.
i'm guessing it could possibly be flares? or just nameless decorative fluff....... nunchucks haha ?
sorry about my ignorance on the matter 
(pictured are the types of this bit that come with both Terminator and Tac Squad kits)

Its a Space Marine scroll case, purely decorative. Think of them as containing orders or something.

Every Dakkanaught gets a 4+ Pinch of Salt save.
When you suffer a Falling Sky hit, roll a D6 - on a 4+ the hit is ignored as per the Pinch of Salt save. On a 1-3 panic insues - you automatically fail common sense tests for the next 2 weeks and get +7 to your negativity stat. -Praxiss

Now I really want to take all my scroll cases and build power nunchucks for my marines (counts as power maul perhaps?).
