So I just got the northern wastes basing kit as a Christmas prezzie. The grass tufts, icicles and rocks seem easy to use, and I'm assuming the snow is just a bit of glue and pop some snow on.

The problem - They've also given a clear sheet of plastic. Its a bit bendy. I'm assuming this is to make ice. But how? Do I cut it, do I melt it, what?

they do mention a sheet of frosted plastic on the product website but i cant find anywhere how they intend people to use it... ive been trying to think of a way to use it but other then: paint your base icy blue, glue the frosty plastic over it

I'm not sure, but my first thought was to use it to make frozen ponds and things. Similar to the "icy sheet" near the bottom of this article...
