As much as the meme is silly, I would go with the CAAT over the Gorgon in terms of looks. If I had a particularly low tech guard army, or DKOK I'd pick up the Gorgon.

I don't even understand why the meme exists Automatically Appended Next Post: I went w/ the Gorgon. If anything, I'll count it as a CRASSUS! in games. I just think it looks cooler, and has more modelling potential.

Crassus. Gorgon is overpriced, Crassus is faster, almost as tough, and better-armed for most situations.

Just looked at the rules for both. I agree that the CAAT seems more appropriate rules wise. The Downside is that CAAT isn't an assault vehicle like the GORGON is.
Still, Gorgon looks cooler and offers more cool modeling options.

The only clear and true answer is the CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT.

I'm hoping the guy who made it will get patterns for the Praetor missile launcher. LOVE that model. It just screams "get the F!#$ out of my way!!"

Basically, a guy made a discussion thread about it, typing it as "CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT" (seemingly copy & pasting it off Forgeworld, so everyone in the thread referred to the CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT in caps, then the DCM's pounced upon it, blew it out of the water and that was that...
