I'm both orderly and rational. I value control, information, and order. I love structure and hierarchy, and will actively use whatever power or knowledge I have to maintain it. At best, I am lawful and insightful; at worst, I am bureaucratic and tyrannical.
I find passive aggressive messages in people's signatures quite amusing.
If we're talking about things we've seen in game:
Ghazkull Thrakka dies to a Vehicle Explosion result (which happened to be just under 6" away and got a 6 for distance)
If we're talking fluffwise what's possible:
A Space Marine dieing from being tickled to death.

By far the most hilarious (and in a way, suckiest) death I saw in 40k was my Lord Commissar shooting Marneus Calgar for failing a morale check. It happened.
I had placed Calgar in the unit just for the absolute irony if this event should happen, and it did. Draigo or Mephiston would have been even better, but I hate GK so I'll never buy the former and the latter isn't an IC, so that's the best I could do...

In an Appoc game on the 21st(yeah, that was deliberate) my buddies Belial died in combat to Broadsides. He charges in, they manage 3 wounds. Triple 1s, and there was much rejoicing. My Warhound gave them a Turbolaser round for their trouble.

I'm assuming Apocalypse on the Apocalypse was a common theme throughout the 40k universe, but I'm sad I didn't take part of the one here in MD =( Eitherway, Belial to Broadsides is pretty hilarious.

Funnily enough we only played about an hour on the 21st. We started setting up at 9pm, started rolling dice around 11, left at 1am, came back at 10am, and finished around 4pm.

DAMN! luckly that's some odd combination of events.
You should have gotten the hint after the second wound though, going for the objective was outright suicidal

Not gold. Not plastic. Soon, Games Workshop miniatures will be forged entirely from narrative - a 5-man box costing £70, containing the highest-quality imaginary soldiers in the world. Why have miniatures? Why paint, assemble or convert when you can simply imagine your army? - Frozen Ocean
Two Eclipse-class Cruisers charges an Overlord-class Battlecruiser and fire their Pulsar Lances eight times. Two shots collapse the shields, but the other six shots miss. Eight squadrons of Eagle Bombers then launch attack runs on the same battlecruiser, two squadrons get shot down by turrets, the other six succeed in attacking, only for the Imperial armor to hold. The Eclipse-class Cruisers retreat, but the Overlord-class Battlecruiser and its partner (another Overlord-class Battlecruiser) opens fire, concentrating their weapon batteries against one cruiser, all six shots reducing the Eldar cruiser into a drifting hulk. They then fire their Lances four times at the other cruiser, and all shots get past the holo-fields and hit the cruiser, with the last shot causing a devastating bulkhead collapse that reduces the cruiser into a drifting hulk as well. Talk about bad luck

Can't happen in 6th. We can only execute our own men for cowardice now. You just pick the highest LDIG character for blamnation.
Shame, because that would be so funny if it stayed in.
