Do you know can deathwing still mix assault and shooty terminators?

You can still mix and match. Most of the guns are cheap, cheaper then their standard SM counterpart, but the terminators are more costly. You have to drop some more points if you want TH+SS. Any squad configuration you had in the last codex you can have in the new one, but in almost every case its going to cost you a few more points. How ever for those extra points your getting two new special rules for the squad, "Vengeful Strike", and "Inner Circle". No idea what vengeful strike does, inner circle looks to be some form of CC re-rolls.

Page 29 of the White Dwarf and a pair of jewelers glasses. It's hard to make out the points to add additional terminators and the point cost of a chain fist, but heavy weapons and TH+SS is pretty clear. No combat squad on termies which I'm a little upset about. I was also expecting a point drop for basic terminators and we got a hike. But we dont know what vengeful strike and inner circle do yet and that can dip the scale in either direction.

Given that mixing heavy weapons and assault weapons is Deathwing's unique trick, I'd be shocked if they took it out, particularly given that unlike normal shooty-or-assault Terminators the box contains parts for both.

Yes the ability to take a single heavy in an assault squad is quite nice. I am very much looking forward to the dex.
