Depends how you define 'new'. That style Rhino chassis hasn't been available for years. It's also broken and beaten to all gak.

You're right, it's an old Rhino. In that game, it was being used as a stand-in for the Predator he'd bought 30 minutes prior and hadn't had time to assemble.
