I would drop the lascannon in the CCS, it can only fire snap shots if the chimera moves.

As far as the rest of the list, it looks like you have a LOT of anti vehicle, not a lot of anti MEQ/TEQ. I would consider swapping out two of the melta vet squads for plasma vet squads. I see the list doing very well against something like firewarrior/vehicle heavy Tau though. What's your region's meta like?

honestly i don't know what to expect at this tournament; so i'm trying for a take all comers list - this tournament is kind of a warm up for another one i'm going to partake in early October

i will drop the lascannon as you suggested, i should have enough anti-tank its true, and i'll put some plasma in a vet team or two

Looks pretty nasty to me. I'd normally recommend more Plasma and less Melta but you'll probably be fine. Good on you for including IS' with Mech IG. Should help vs. T2 charges and stuff like that.
