So here's my new list... OBVIOUSLY I like terminators. The more the better... but I realized they create a low model count.... so all input welcome.
The plan is 1turn one, Belial and this 10 TH/LC friend show up behind the enemy. Turn two, the second squad of ten shows up behind those guys with all the shooting.
2500 Pts - Codex: Dark Angels Roster - Knights of The Dawn
Total Roster Cost: 2495
HQ: Belial
1 Belial, Lightning Claws
HQ: Deathwing Command Squad
3 Deathwing Command Squad, TH/SS x2, LC x1, Cyclone Missile Launcher x1, Deathwing Apothecary, Deathwing Champion
Troops: Deathwing Terminator Squad
9 Deathwing Terminator Squad, Assault Cannon x1 + Plasma Cannon x1 + Deathwing Terminator Sergeant
Troops: Deathwing Terminator Squad
9 Deathwing Terminator Squad, TH/SS x4, LC x5, Cyclone Missile Launcher x2, Deathwing Terminator Sergeant TH/SS
Troops: Deathwing Terminator Squad
4 Deathwing Terminator Squad, TH/SS x2, LC x2, Cyclone Missile Launcher x1, Deathwing Terminator Sergeant TH/SS
Troops: Deathwing Terminator Squad
4 Deathwing Terminator Squad, TH/SS x2, LC x2, Cyclone Missile Launcher x1, Deathwing Terminator Sergeant LC
Heavy Support: Contemptor Mortis Pattern Dreadnought (IA)
1 Contemptor Mortis Pattern Dreadnought (IA), Kheres Assault Cannon, Cyclone Missile Launcher
Heavy Support: Devastator Squad
4 Devastator Squad, Plasma Cannon x2, Lascannon x1, 1 Sergeant
1 Razorback, Twin-Linked Lascannon
Fort: Aegis Defence Lines
1 Aegis Defence Lines, Quad-Gun
Also, I'm trying to cut down this list to 2000 point version if you think you know how.
Thanks!

Is there a reason why you have claws on Belial? Given that the Sword is Fleshbane, I really don't ever see a reason to take claws. Either take the Thunder Hammer and Storm Shield for challenges, or take the Sword and SB for Fleshbane.
Also, unless you run out of FOC slots or you have a reserves issue, 5-man squads are more versatile than 10-man squads.

I was giving him the claws for the extra attack, but I might go with the sword...
As for the two 10 mans, they are for the Deathwing Strikes.

I think with Belial doesn't need a TH/SS due to his Terminator Armor and Iron Halo.
Though... LC gives you shred and an extra attack, and reroll on wound. Sword give you a better chance to wound, but no reroll or extra attack.
I think, marginally, the the two LCs win out mathematically, thought I'd love to be challenged on that with actually calculations.

Those claws won't help much against TEQs.
Also, if held in reserve all your Deathwing squads come in at the same time. You choose the turn for all Deathwing not per squad.
My advice is run Belial with your command squad and give them a heavy flamer, since he doesn't scatter you can roast anything hiding in cover, behind defense lines, or anything clumped or squishy plus you'll get to reroll to wound. Obviously the apothecary is a must but I've also toyed with the FnP banner and it works well too.

Yeah I was thinking about the feel no pain banner. It seems like a good idea.

If the two five man squads are going to be foot slogging up the board then I would recommend them to be shooty terminators instead. They most likely aren't going to make up the board anyways, might as well shoot something while you are trying.
