Miniwargaming is good if you're just after casual games, and Frontline Games are nice as well. Check in the 40k battle reports section, there's loads of video-reps down there.

If you're looking for Warmachine and Hordes battle reports, check out the channel that I started up a few months ago, FrozenKommander.

Otherwise, the big names are as mentioned previously, MiniWarGaming, FrontLineGaming... and also WarGamerGirl (Warmachine and Hordes only). There's a lot of other smaller channels that are too numerous to mention.

If you are interested in something different, then I have done some Epic Armageddon battle reports in similar style to beat matt batreps from miniwargaming. However I'm probably the slowest poster of battle reports ever .
