From what I gather from the rulebook I cant go smaller then min squad size. With that in mind (and a peppering of longrange/short range and FNP) I wanna dust off my BA and give them a go. Thoughts for a first time kill team game?

- death company - ccw/hand flamer - rending (melee)
- death company - bolter
- death company - bolter

- attack bike - MM - FNP

- scout sgt - Sniper - leader
- scout ML - prefered enemy
- scout - sniper
- scout - bolter
- scout - ccw/bp

You should give the Death Company CCW's and leave the shooting for Scouts. I would suggest two Snipers, one with preferred enemy, and three bolters.
Hand Flamer is over costed, so by dropping that and the ML, you could afford another body on the field.

That AB will be tough!

Correct, I marked it down improperly.

So dropping the HF, but keeping the ML... I could downgrade the MM attack-bike to a HB and leave me 15 points for one addtional scout.

I thought vehicles weren't allowed in kill team games? (might just be a house rule my friend plays)

Either way consider swapping the scouts ML for a heavy bolter. If you're going to come up against vehicles keep the MM on the bike. Your BS4 T5 Fnp biker with a MM would be far more useful in popping dreads and such than a scout.

I really like the feel of your list though. Seems nice an fluffy as the death co launch an assault to cover the scouts on a covert op

Usually armor values aren't allowed but bikes are toughness. My brother played 2 attack bikes as dark angels in a tournament at my local shop and destroyed everyone.

Vehicles are most definitely allowed - but with a restriction. Armour value cannot be more than 33 combined (taken by adding front side and rear together) so don't worry about dreads! Being 12,12,10 you won't see any. GW released the new kill team rules as an iBook yesterday. There's massive changes! Take a read!

You could take a razorback, attackbike AND 3 death co and still have more bodies. Just take an assault squad instead. 200pts on the nose!

Sounds like Sternguard can be a good investment here with all the options they get.
