Yes, the warriors don't go in the ark, they leave it empty and the crypteks enter first turn.

Well, the army is rather elite heavy with Praetorians and Crypteks. Two HQs are also a bit too much in 1500 pt games. I'd take either an Overlord (plus Court) or a DLord (plus Wraiths).

I would actually suggest dropping the Wraiths as 3 Wraiths won't really last that long against any meaningful small arms fire. I would then recommend putting the saved points into more Praetorians. It'll help their longevity a little bit more than just 5 of them. A good tip I was told as well, in order to increase the general life span of units with RP, keep a model or two (if possible) in LoS blocking cover so that way you always have a chance to do RP.

I have never been a huge fan of small groups of warriors. If you can find the points, it is definitely worth it to replace the 5 man warrior squad with immortals. If you are going to run warriors, I almost always do it in AT LEAST squads of 10 or more. 20 warriors with a Res-Orb is very hard to kill! That is just me though!

Drop the Immortals or increase their squad size to 10. The whole point of Tesla Carbines is to field them in numbers to increase your chances of rolling sixes and subsequently, more hits.
I would also leave the Praetorians with their Rods. With 1/2 attacks, you want the best chance of causing an unsaved wound. You won't be striking first in 90% of engagements anyway, so Unwieldy isn't a major issue. Plus, you've already got Wraiths in there for tank hunting.
I've been playing Necrons for a couple of months now - the biggest advantage you can give your non-Canoptek squads is to field them in numbers. It's not hard to kill 5 members of the unit in one round of shooting or combat, thereby denying them are animation Protocols.
Annihilation Barges will serve you well.
