I am trying to get a hand on building a female renegade farseer as a chaos sorcerer but need some ideas on what bits would work for this.

You could start with a dark eldar witch body and greenstuff robes.

If I was to try to make a cool female chaos sorcerer,
I would use a sister of battle as my basis.
It also makes the stat-line easier to believe.
Nothing like a corrupted power armored nun to make a space marine cry "mama!".

I know the background, its a big galaxy, and if I want there to be a chaos sorcerer that is a female eldar then I will.

fyi, my khorne lord is modeled after a samurai rather than a mindless berserker... yes, it is possible!

I would recommend looking into some fantasy elf models to convert- maybe Wood Elves? They've got a kinda renegady-ness to them- gets rid of the polished Eldar look, while keeping the pointy ears! If you went with a chaosy (wow, I'm all about making up adjectives today) color scheme, instead of earth tones that they typically have, and add in some spikey bits, that could turn out awesome.

And I'm with you- it's a big galaxy, and a chaos eldar will hardly be the weirdest thing in it.

ill post it up when I get back to my house tomorrow.

Personally, I think that khorne is better personified as the god of war and martial perfection rather than just mindless murder and rage. A samurai seems like the perfect follower of khorne. I always imagine my juggernaut lord as meditating between battles and seeking worship of khorne through marshal perfection as well as testing himself against worthy opponents.

As an aside, I used a couple of SOB models, converted with plastic Reaper harpies, to fill out my Word Bearer Raptor squad:

I've build two female farseers in the past, using a mix of wood elf, Guardian and Dire Avenger parts...
