So after a poll the Mortis Contemptor came out on top. Either Lascannon arms and a CML or the Kheres Assault Cannons.
Now my question. I read in the PDF from Forgeworld, that the best way to basecoat is using Matte Car Primer. But does the Chaos Black spray work to Or does it melt the resin?

Poor ignorant guardsmen, it be but one of many of the great miracles of the Emperor! The Emperor is magic, like Harry Potter, but more magic! A most real and true SPACE WIZARD! And for the last time... I'm not a space plumber.

I'd say no as FW resin isn't very porous, which seems to be the problem with primer and foam.
I imagine they tell you this because car primer is likely to fill in the fine detail.

Chaos black spray does not melt the resin,it is just more a paint than primer.
chaos black has a slight semi gloss sheen, they tell you car primer because it is matte and paint sticks better to matte.
you can use chaos black,it works, just be sure to wash the resin well beforehand, they use an oil based release agent that tends to stay on the model until it gets a good scrubbing.
I use a kitchen degreaser spray like formula 409 or simple green.

"Car primer" is also known as etching primer. The chemicals in the primer cause it to bond with the substrate, in this case the resin, the result is an ideal surface on which to paint that will not wear or easily chip off. To my knowledge the only "etching" primers that are made for miniatures and models are from Tamyia or Mr. Surfacer.
If you are spraying your primer on to the point that you are getting opaque coverage, you have sprayed to much.

I've done many Forgeworld models and every time I wash well with dawn dish soap 3 times to get all the releasing agent off the model. Then use Chaos Black spray primer and it's perfectly fine. I have also used Army Painter Black primer and also Vallejo Airbrush Black primer they both work perfectly fine as well.

I don't tend the prime anything anymore, primer is quite thick compared to normal paint and you can lose some of the fine details.
You are better basecoating with 2-3 misting coats of normal paint. Spray from about a meter away rather than the 30cm it says on the can.
This is especially important with halfords spray cans, the volume that comes out is rather uneven so it's best to be careful.
