Still wanting to exchange tyranid bits, below. But first - a junkerswap!
We have some big bases to assemble; we have plenty of tyranid and Ork corpses and debris, for your marine bases - we're looking for "goodie" debris to decorate ours.
We have: ork wheels, battlewagon large turrets (would look fantastic on a base), bosspoles, banners, deffkopta blades, deffkopta stabilisers, weapons, plus tyrannofex heads, maybe the odd termagant that would make a good corpse, as well as some of the Forgeworld sprue pieces that make good concrete blocks. We're looking for something similar from Marine, Imperial or maybe Eldar. Bits of equipment, guns, debris, turrets etc etc.
We're in London. Lots of trades here and on the tyranid hive. Prefer to do this in the
UK or Europe as we can post for pennies but could do US for larger trades. This is only a tiny sample of what we have.
This Ork turret would be great for a large base, Imperial KNight etc etc. We want something armoured,
IG, Marine, Eldar, Tau or Necron, to fit on a 60mm Flyrant base.
Tyranid warrior swap
Update:
We've bought some bits to make extra warriors, and have a tail, legs and head to trade. If , like us, you have a spare torso left from making a prime, this will allow you to make an extra warrior.
We'll swap it for one or two gargoyles. Can supply a head (old model) and If you need an extra deathspitter I think we have one, might even have devourer (old style), rending claws and scything talons too. So all you should need is that surplus torso.

We're also open to swapping your torso for some of our bits.

We'd like Gargoyles if you have any! Otherwise, Eldar jetbikes, warp spiders, dark reapers, other Eldar stuff considered, and maybe Ork lootas and the odd deffkopta. .
Our 3 ed tyrant is now gone.
