Hi guys, i have made a thread today promoting my small venture making custom terrain out of plaster.
I wasn't if i fitted in the "trade" section. so i created it as an"other" thread. its not in the painting and modeling section.
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/584019.page
how should i have approached this?
and how should i title it so it can be in the trade section?
many regards
James

I think it is more a case of it shouldn't be in the Swap Shop - the Swap Shop is for private sales and trades - it's not really an appropriate venue for businesses.
Generally speaking, most companies who promote their wares on Dakka do so via a single thread in the News & Rumours forum which they update as/when they have new products available for purchase.

I can't do it as it has been moved out of the Swap Shop. Best thing to do is to click the yellow triangle at the top right of the post to flag the thread to a moderator and just ask for it to be moved to N&R forum.

Thank you for your help Guys. that's really nice of you. I'm constantly trying new methods of smashings that make interesting scatter terrain.
Ill keep it updated
