Just thinking this might be a bit better: (Only really know IG and SM codex so not sure about the xenos races)
If the model has a dozer blade, it can charge an enemy or fire its weapons:
Roll 3D6 to engage and the enemy can snapfire against the tank.
Unit gains the tank Furious Charge: All units in the way suffer D6 S6 wounds with no armour saves allowed. Any look out sir's are on 6+ only and the tank is immobilized for the next turn.
The tank can fire any secondary weapons (Such as storm bolters, heavy stubbers etc) but not its primary weapons. As stated above it cannot move or shoot its primary weapons the next turn.
The remaining unit that has been charged can attack back as normal, but the Ld at the end if they break is +1 (So if it were a Guardsmen, it would be ld6 instead).
What do you dakkanoughts and noughtets think?

I'd say, all affected units take a dangerous terrain test, on a 1 they take a wound (get armor save) as they scramble to get out of the way, or get crushed.
With a dozer blade, wound on a 1 or 2?

Slightly confused. Is this supposed to be a replacement for the Tank Shock rules?

It sounds like you want Dozer Blades to work like Destroyer Blades. Destroyer Blades do D6 Strength 5 hits when tank shocking.

If this happens, then Destroyer blades, that Dark Eldar ramming thing, Ork Reinforced Rams, and Deffrollas need a boost too.
