They should make a FOC choice called assassin with 1 slot or something so we can take individual models like deathwatch space marines or assassins and they could even make alien assassins or mercenaries or something

It adds a weird bit of extra that is more tailor made to make things more confusing and, in all honesty, there as assassins already.

You mean like Legion of the Damned. I really don't want to have to pay for every models rules individually. GW really needs to stop with the micro transaction datasheets.

If you want to throw in 1 model without having to worry about a force org or allies then run an unbound army.

I like the idea of data slates and formations, but I really think the implementation is off. I figure that they should include them in one of their periodicals to boost sales and subscriptions.

In regards to an Assasain FOC. I do think that Assasains, like Inquisition and Legion of the Damned are prime candidates for their own specialized Detatchments. They are wild cards that really don't belong in the codex of a specific army.

Isn't this exactly what you can do with Datasheets anyway?

I'm just thinking it would be a cool chance for some new models and conversions! Like if you could have deathwatch marines, assassins, rogue traders for the imperials alien mercenaries for tau and any other ones for other races like work mercs or things like that
