No HQ, No Heavy Support. No 2+ armor saves. No models with more than 3 wounds/ hull points. No Vehicles whose armor values add up to more than 33. No Fliers. Brotherhood of Psykers/Sorcerers do not generate warp charges, and cannot cast powers. Every model is a lone model unit and cannot be joined by any other models. Mandatory at least 4 non-vehicle models (Leader & 4 specialists). 0-2 Troops, 0-1 Fast, 0-1 Elite. House-rules may expand on the restrictions.
That will let you build your force. The other players will let you know about the rest of the rules.
