So humans have cultists, traitor guard, CSM etc...

But do the eldar or tau ever fight themselves like the humans do?

Traitor eldar fighting eldar (not dark eldar I imagine they would fight against the DE)

Or traitor tau fighting tau?

Dark Eldar fight against each other as well as Craftworld and Exodite Eldar readly if they think they could get away with it.

Craftworld Eldar also argue and have inter-Craftworld hatreds but they rarely come to war. They usually can be resolved by chosen warrior of each group fighting until First Blood or sometimes death. This is much more common on certain craftworlds then others, for example Biel-Tan and Saim-Han are known for being militant or barbaric while i imagine Iyanden would be far more reserved.

For Tau, rebels are rare due to the Etherials ability to ''re-educate'' the population, but any Tau that aren't under that spell might well become and enemy of the greater good, and we all know what happens to them.

They run off and form a Farsight Bomb?

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

IIRC, even Farsight dislikes fighting other Tau. Doesn't mean he won't, but he dislikes doing so. And is Battle Brothers with them on the Alliance Matrix for what it's worth.

CWE understandably hate fighting each other because they're already a dying species. They are independent "countries" of sorts though so war isn't impossible I imagine, but I can't really think of any fluff examples (though my mind vaguely recalls some CWE vs CWE fights). As for "traitor" CWE... any CWEldar that leaves the CW isn't really a CWEldar anymore in the first place, and their army composition and lifestyle (and even cultural outlook, given that Eldar must constantly be battling their own hormones which is very difficult to do outside the controlled society of a craftworld or the Amish society of the Exodites) would quickly change without any CW resources. In that case what you'd really have is a CWE vs Eldar Corsair battle, probably.

I suppose it would be possible for a Farseer of one Craftworld to see into the future and see that another Craftworld might one day bring the Eldar and wider galaxy to their literal deaths and seek their destruction to prevent such a fate. And the other craftworld might have a vision that only they can save the galaxy from utter destruction.

If you take the story Lines from dawn of war 2 retribution it has eldar fighting another craft world due to chaos meddling and misunderstanding
