So with all of the Warhammer End Times stuff, lots of people are looking for a new game to play. If I were to ever switch over to something like Kings of War I don't think I could give up on Warhammer models 100%. I'd need to Chaosify or Bretonnianize them. Which leads me to my question.

I've always loved the idea of Bretonnian foot knights, but they've never been a thing. Basilean Paladins are great, they're clad in plate armor and have surcoats. Would they be compatible with Bretonnian knight heads? Either 5th edition plastic or the current ones? I'd love the idea of a regiment of them with Bretonnian heraldry, and maybe even use them as Empire Greatswords if the whole Warhammer combined lists thing becomes a thing.

I don't think Bretonnian heads would fit right on the Paladins. Mantic minis just have a different scale, so the GW heads would be far too large, even though the minis are the same height.

However, you can use Eccentric mini heads on Mantic Paladins to give them a Bretonnian look, although you'll have to add bling to the tops. Here is a picture of 2 Eccentric minis next to 2 Paladins:
