I'm not into hip hop, so I can't judge it upon those merits. That being said, your rhythm is decent. I feel like you need to turn up your mic a little though. You get a little soft toward the middle.

Definitely need to rework your levels and sounds.
The vocals are way too low, the kick drums a tad high and I personally dont like the sound of the snare hits.
Has a nice feel to it though if a bit generic for hiphop.

Apart from that, it is not bad. Vocals could be a bit louder though, but I like the rhythm.
