As the title says, I need help finding a movie name and since my online searches has so for not worked, I though why not ask here and hope that anyone has heard about it.

It is about a amnesiac man in a facility, who tries to get out to escape a virus and hostiles and has blackouts sometimes, he meets a guy who is trapped fairly early and it is later in the movie discovered that he kills him during a blackout. He managed to team up with a women who also tries to escape and she tells him that there is a virus in the facility that she tries to avoid. He has another blackout during an elevator ride and sexual assaults her which give her the virus since he was a carrier. He turns out to be the security guard chief of the facility. And that is pretty much what I remember

So does anybody remember a movie who was roughly like this? Would greatly appreciate any help in finding out the name.

How old is this movie? Originally I thought maybe it was Trance or Wrecked, as both are about men with amnesia, but the rest doesn't follow suit.

I think the movie is from 2000 centuary, and so far none of the movie mentioned has been it

Sometimes memories of half watched films splice in the head.

It is possible the OP was describing 28 Days Later, or 12 Monkeys with plot confusion from memory of another film.
