Currently I'm working on building a Wolfstar list with DA and White Scar Libby Conclave and I noticed on Battlescribe a WS relic called Mantle of the Stormseer that gives Adamantium Will and a psychic power that I never heard of before.

I was wondering what book is the relic from? The Tau Kauyon one? Could anyone give me a simple version of what the psychic power does before I go shifting and buying new books?

I was originally considering no LC with my Deathstar and running cuxelus is a pod to keep up, but a 4+ DtW roll is pretty legit if my enemy planned on Enfeebling me or worse. Thanks!

Psychic Maelstrom is from the Telekinesis Discipline in the main rule book.

Edit: LMAO! I just saw your post Orock!! Actually laughed out loud! And yes, I do. My gaming group doesn't hold back, ever. Lol. We're practicing for Nova2016 and when we aren't, we are practicing for the next RTT or local small GTs, Delawarr GT, etc. Competitive is what I need to bring if I want a chance!
