During my first tournament one of my opponents brought a Cutter
TAG. I had never played against a
TAG before so I spent order after order trying to shoot it down with random troopers (you can guess how that went). Well, I asked a friend of mine to give me some advice and he wrote an article about it. He broke it down to five axioms:
1.) Stack the Deck in your favor
2.) Direct Confrontation = bad
3.) No shame in backwards advance
4.) Burn the fuel, kill the engine
5.) Cyberly wreck what conventional weapons can't
He also describes some of the common TAGS you'll see like: The Avatar, Maguriba Guard (its new so people will play it), Cutter, Sphinx, etc.
