Title says it all really. I'm getting back into the game after a long hiatus and I really want to make a lot of chaos renegades using defiance games usmc and great coat models. Since I've been gone it looks like those two companies have shut down. I'm wondering if you know anywhere that still has those things in stock? Tried coming around and using ebay, nothing. Pictures of the 2 models I'm looking for below.

If ebay is coming up blank, I'd watch closely and put up wanted ads at the websites Bartertown, The Miniatures Page and Lead Adventure. I love me some Dakka, but when I'm looking for -or looking to sell- oddity miniatures that's where I go.
Another cheap plastic option for guardsmen are the 80 troopers from the old version of Warzone. I think Prince August still has the boxed set for a very reasonable price. http://shop.princeaugust.ie/tg2420-warzone-mutant-chronicles-tabletop-wargame/
The figs have only limited poseability but they come in 8 varieties and the heads are removable.

Wargames Factory stopped selling their own kits; they are now just OEM producers of plastics for Wyrd, Warlord, Kingdom Death, Dreamforge, etc. So those kits are oop...now for Defiance's UAMC, those are gone for good. You might be able to spot one on Bartertown as Eilif suggested.
Post a want-ad in Bartertown, TMP, Dakka, etc.

I think Brookhurst Hobbies still has a box or two of the WGF shock troop heavy weapons. Might be worth giving them a call.
The UAMC seem to have gone from "can't get rid of them" to "can't find them". Pretty quickly. Have you seen Mantic's GCPS troops? They are hard plastic and have a similar near-future milSF look. They are also fairly cheap...or were during the Kickstarter. You might still be able to get them pretty cheap as a late backer for Star Saga.

Was there really a point before he was doing that? Maybe when he was in middle school?

^^ so much this, I just wish Tony could of had the honesty to put out that egg-hard suit, that totally had the MA.K vibe to it and I loved it. Glad I never gave that crook a dime tho, I said to myself "self if it comes out in retail pick it up".... good thing I listened to self that day.

That is the question isn't it?
For those who don't know, here's a bit of history....
Tony's first company was Wargames Factory and they made quite a few kits that -while generally not amazing- filled alot of niches with very affordable plastic minis figure kits. The cracks started showing at the end of his ownershp of WGF. Products took longer to come out, and he started blaming the Chinese supplier for delays. The supplier took over ownership of the company and despite some bad blood (Tony had convicned the public he was treated badly by the supplier when the reverse was probabl true) with the public they proceeded to provide great service and new product lines regularly. AFAIK, they still produce minis but distribution and sales of their lines are now handled by Dreamforge games and Warlord Games.
Tony proceeded to start Defiance Games and released two good (not great, but good) products, The troopers shown above and the odd choice of some worms which met spec by virtue of being easy casts in spincast plastic. The Troopers were the only figure set they made in hard plastic and every other product they produced (in resin or spincast plastic) was crap. Tiny headed space germans, Alien bugs that broke if you looked at them wrong, miscast sci-fi chinese troopers, and Hummer'ish ATV's so crap that they were actually withdrawn by a company that was known to sell crap. Defiance tried to save itself by becoming a reseller of the plastic cargo containers (owned by Rustforge and produced by Proxie Models) and Barriers (Owned/Produced by Proxie) but even that couldn't save them.
It all ended with a kickstarter that way too many people put their faith in to produce a Mecha and MAK style hardsuits. Money Taken, Nothing delivered, lots of excuses from Tony and then silence....

But, would you have really wanted a hardsuit produced to the quality of the 4 Defiance games products that pre-dated it?
I also decided to "wait til retail". Defiance had already had a couple of stinker products by then and I wasn't about to give them a dime sight-unseen.
I ended up buying a bunch of Votom's Fatty's instead (still got some extras if anyone is interested...).
Not hyperdetailed, but completely poseable. Much better figures at a higher quality than Defiance ever could have done. Haven't painted up mine yet, but I'm keen to do so they're going to be some awesome "Elemental" type suits for my 28mm mecha games.

I just looked at the UAMC pictures in the OP and had an Archer moment.

They're not the sharpest minis, but washes and highlights make them pop alright. You can take a look in my gallery, I made militia with the bodies and weapons, but Dreamforge heads and shoulder pads.

Defiance out-and-out stole the money Alyssa Faden had given them to produce the Torn Armor minis.

And, according to a co-owner of Defiance, Tony spent that money on strippers and booze.

A good option to be sure.
They're double the cost, but they're also much better miniatures with better detail poseability and customizability.

Whereas if all you're looking for is a mass of mooks, which is what I used my UAMC for, they're fine. Really. If you obsess over conscripts... well that's your thing.

I have quite a few shock troopers and some of the heavy weapons guys that I might part with. I'm not sure exactly how many I have though, I'd have to dig them out and take a look.
I made some custom Guardsmen out of mine: http://adventuresinminiaturegaming.blogspot.com/2010/09/painted-renegade-imperial-guard.html

As others have said you may be out of luck. I never got the USMC models but the trenchcoat guys were a fairly decent set with a lot of options. I have some if anyone is really searching.
Besides the options already mentioned Proxie models, another small plastics maker has some 'stealth infantry' you might look at too.

I've probably still got a stack of the trenchcoat guys in my shed that I'll never use and want gone. Sure, I'm in Australia, but trades can be arranged.
Same with the defiance games marines. I ended up with a couple of boxes of them - didn't need more than a couple of sprues. I'll see what I can dig up.
