I recently bought an MDF dice tower off Amazon and it's great; I backed the MDF with self-adhesive felt and it really deadens the noise a treat. Problem is, it's a bit on the small size - you can't really roll many dice at a time.
I suspect this will be an issue particularly for games like 40K which require large volumes of dice to be rolled at once. So my question is, can anyone help me out with some links to larger sized dice towers? The bigger, the better really. All the ones I have seen thus far are all pretty much the same (small) size.

Ive avoided the many mdf and acrylic dice towers because of that exact reason. Ive not noticed any towers with larger collection points.
Ive ended up using a cheap 27cm x 22cm picture frame with raised 4cm sides. I just replaced the glass with an A4 kids craft EVA foam sheet cut to size. Dulls the sound of dice a heap and dice don't really bounce out.
If there isn't any on the market, your best bet might be to mount a dice tower onto a DIY dice tray.

If you think your important, in the great scheme of things. Do the water test.
Put your hands in a bucket of warm water,
then pull them out fast. The size of the hole shows how important you are.
I think we should roll some dice, to see if we should roll some dice, To decide if all this dice rolling is good for the game.

Kind of depends on how large you're talking. I have this one from Knights of Dice, which is a reasonable size, although would still get crowded if you're using larger dice.

Well I am ideally looking for a tower that will take 40K quantities of Dakka sized dice but I suspect such a thing doesn't exist. The one you link to looks bigger than the one I have but not that much bigger. I suspect the answer is going to be chopping one up and attach it to a larger tray, as stated above,

They can also very easily be made using any large enough building...just install some slanted steps and build a type of catch tub at the bottom. Just find a large cheap MDF building, fill in any windows and cut some foamcore or sintra baffles - glue them in and be done - even keep the roof separate so you can hide its purpose when not in use.

Yep, something like that would be extremely easy to make. It's just baffles added with a slant....and a built in exit/tray.

Make it three stories tall for extra good rattling, and have the final slope narrow to pop them all out the front door, into an enclosure built with Aegis Defense walls. ;3
