You'll need to be a bit more specific?

If you mean Terminators for Word Bearers in general, they're in the Army List portion of the book.

If you mean a special Word Bearers Terminator unit, they don't have one.

If you mean models, you use the Cataphractii or Tartaros kit depending on which squad you want to use.

So you can you use any of the 3 terminator armour Mks. Both Cataphractii and Tartaros are the "standard" mentioned in the Libers. You can use regular Indomitus Squads too. But their rules are found in the Legacies of the Age of Darkness PDF found here.

The chaos terminator kit works really well for word bearer indominus terminators too if you're going for a corrupted word bearer force. But it lacks quite a few weapon options

Not every other legion has special Terminator models, only the ones that have a special unit that is Terminator armour (e.g. Justaerin, Crimson Paladins, Sehkmet, etc). Often it's the Primarch's body guards or something like that.

I don't know the Word Bearer fluff terribly well, do they have a special company of Terminators that are unique?

I think that the Gal Vorbak are akin to the Word Bearers' special Terminator unit. That being said, the Vakrah Jal had possessed terminators in it, and maybe that could be used a new unit.

Not during the Heresy, no. There's some post-Heresy stuff about the "best of the best chosen by the gods themselves" Annointed, but every Word Bearers Terminator is part of The Annointed because you have to be to earn the right to wear Terminator armor.
