So I have a question. Does anyone bother adding Rifle slings to their weapons? I tried to find a tutorial online, but I didn't really have any luck.

Search for videos on green stuff for rifle slings.

I've heard paper works fine and with a bit of glue and paint it should be durable enough. I mean, I have big ole banners and pennants of paper and they're really quite tough, I imagine a small strip close to a mini should be really hard to break.
Although I kinda don't bother. i should.

I've been used brass etch straps lately. These are what I bought: https://www.passion132.com/gb/improvement-kit/141333-aber-35-a123-135-belts-straps-for-rifle-carbine-submachine-guns-with-buckles-for-universal-set.html
Too small in scale for space marines and the like, and in general very fine in detail and fiddly. Possibly more work than most people coulod be bothered with, but they look great and are very easy to work with and 'pose'. If you could find some brass etch at a bit larger scale then they'd be ideal for general warhammer stuff.

Yea, I'm looking for maybe like, aluminum foil of something. Maybe just paper...I was just kind of amazed at how few articles there are about it.

little bits of aluminium cut from a drinks can are all you need really, you can invest in brass/ copper sheets but drinks cans are just as good in my experience.
