Her face is the weak spot, crop it with her hair and make her have a straight on profile and forget the arm/hand that is on the other side. Practice the profile on paper with line first it's not going to need value really, you can make it pop with red lipstick lips.
It looks good I just crit hard because I am trained in Figure painting/drawing sometimes people on dakka are amazed with pin ups that would not stand on paper or canvas.
