Btw, if that's supposed to be the metallic undercolor, try taking a sharpened pencil, and using it to mark the edges. It makes it look freshly scraped, and fits in easily :)

I actually just took a ripped piece of pluck foam and dabbed it in some chardonite granite. then applied it to the model. it works great for weathering. and I didn't use any of the hairspray salt technique actually. I've been meaning to try that though. I actually did use a pencil on the edges I don't think it photographs well though! thanks for the comment :)
