Here's a display piece I'm working on. I said the hell with it and glued the arms on just to get them out of the way. There is still some more detail I need to add to the helmet so that will be the last thing I attach after everything is painted. The main body is ready for painting, however I need more practice with weathering and a more realistic color scheme (in acrylics) so the modifications I made will be noticed and stand out compared to the stock version. Personally, I don't care for the way Games Workshop makes their miniatures with the lack of detail. For the price we are all paying, they could put some effort into it. Anywho, I added my own so let me know what you think. |
