I'm new to this posting thing, so here goes nothing. I bought a couple of poorly converted plague marines a while back, took them out of the bag and started to just mutilate them. I used some greenstuff on them to make them look "better", and well my plague marines basically just became zombie marines. That's when I started thinking of this army. I thought wow It would be pretty cool to make an army of dead marines raised to serve Nurgle. I've converted about 30 plague marines now, and I've just started doing other models for my army. In all honesty, this army is fun as hell to make.
Here are some pictures of what I already have done.
well that auto adjust makes my rhino look like it has hideous camo
This model is a Chaos sorc i picked up for about $2. I really could have used any termie though I suppose. He's supposed to be a chaos sorcerer of Nurgle. I can't even express how much I hate his left hand / gun. I'm not sure what I did to that whole arm even. this was my first try with grey stuff by the way.
Anyhow, here he is
I plan on regularly updating this thread. Any suggestions / criticism would be greatly appreciated.
yeah, the picture quality is pretty bad, I just used my cellphone. I'll probably end up borrowing my sister's nikon in the future. And yes, my second squad has a good bit of bone showing, but I haven't taken a picture of them yet because they're not done yet. thanks for the feedback everyone!
Just whipped up a few more plague marines, and these few have alot more guts, well probably less. Its amazing how much easier greenstuff is to use after a few times.

So, I haven't updated this thread for a while, but I have been slowly working on too many different projects. I actually almost have my small display board meant for this army done. I'll be posting pics of that soon I actually have 20 plague marines sitting around 50% painted too.
As for now I have pics of my slightly modified plague marine Icon Bearer. Hes painted differently than te rest of what i've done so far. I think it looks better though. Sooo I may repaint all my marines like this guy.
