Well, I've finally decided to make the one army I have wanted to make since I started 40k. I feel like my modeling skills have gotten to a level where I'm comfortable doing most conversions and such. However, my painting is nothing close to impressive. This is the start of my Pre-heresy Thousand Sons army. I have no idea what codex they'll be using if I ever do decide to use them tabletop. And I know the eye of Magnus may seem like a heretic's Icon to some of you, but I really don't think so, so I plan on using the eye of Magnus. Eye of Horus bad, Eye of Magnus, just Thousand Son's symbol. :p Also, I haaaate the Steam Knight heads by Max Mini, I really want to avoid using them. They just look kinda cheap and borderline Thousand Sons to me, so I'm looking for alternatives

I made my assualt squad first, I don't know why I have such a thing for jump pack marines, but I do. So here they are

I used the Chapterhouse Heresy Jump packs, I was less than thrilled with the quality... but hey, after heavy filing and cutting they're usuable, and I had already paid for them anyhow. (The jetbike I got from them is just short of a total loss.) The blades on 3 of them are Kromlech's Khopesh Vibro things. They ended up being pretty useful. Kromlech's making more not Thousand Son's stuff too. I used some rubric marine heads on these, I feel like the helmets would work on a special type of Squad or for squad leaders, but not on the standard marines. These guys also have just a total kit bash mixed into them. They even have some space wolf bits in there. (Pretty Ironic) Please tell me what you think.
I love criticism, so don't be shy.
