I love building army lists for armies I don't have. To be honest, if my mom didn't stress every time I mentioned Warhammer and supported the hobby, I probably WOULD have all these armies, it's not a question of financial means, more of a question of patience

I'm in the finishing stages of by Bad Boyz Klan list, I am in the midst of painting up the start of my Arms of Corax Chapter, I have about 2500 unpainted guardsmen that are super unorganized and need a list built, and here I am building a list for Chaos I'm thinking World Eaters, or just general Khorne Followers. Maybe Iron Warriors color scheme with some red thrown in, I quite like the Iron Warrior scheme.

Chances are, this is going to just be for fun, but I'd like feedback nonetheless; pretend this is a real list and I'm really going to make this army (which I might end up doing during a hiatus of my other three armies).

Well, just picked up a codex, so here goes nothing

As usual, my list is based on the 2 HQ, 3 Elites, 6 Troops, 3 Fast Attack and 3 Heavy Support FOC.

- World Eater, Mark of Khorne, Terminator Armor, Daemon Weapon of Khorne, Combi-Melta
- 4 Man Termy Retinue, Marks of Khorne, Combi-Bolters, Termy Champion

ELITE Chaos Terminators (390 points) x3
- 10 Termies, Marks of Khorne, 2 Combi-Bolters, Termy Champion,

TROOPS Khorne Berzerkers (535 points) x6
- 20 Berzerkers, Skull Champion, Pair of Lightning Claws,

Just had a quick browse, I'll look in further detail in a moment, but you seem to only have included one troops choice, so the army is invalid as it stands.

Edit: Sorry, just noticed the '9 man chaos retinue' you've put with the lord. Is this the intended second troops choice?

Assuming you mean that these are Chaos Space Marines, they cannot take 2 meltaguns unless there are 10 in a squad. Also no plasma pistol, unless you're including a champion you haven't listed.

Khornate Chain Axes are no longer wargear in the current codex.

Dreadnoughts can not take Marks of Chaos. Are you sure you're using a current codex?

Oh okay, I got ya, that explains the huge points cost total at the end
But yeah Champion for the Squads, and also only squads numbering 10 or more can have 2 special weapons. I'm also not sure as to what the 'Cult of Khorne' that you're listing is, unless this is also a 4th ed thing?

Defilers also cannot ahve marks of Chaos

Taking that off took off some points so I'll just round it..

I don't think theres any viable feedback for an army at this point size, you're well into APOC area now and those games have no real competitive merit. So it would be fun to see on table but I don't think constructive criticism is viable.

Point taken, but as I said, this is just for fun, to create discussion and create the perfect apoc army list. And to learn about different armies etc.
