Hey guys! Time for a new list! Woohoooooo! Imperial Guard this time, and I actually have around 1000 points so it'll sorta influence my list making for once

FOC: 2 HQ, 3 Elite, 6 Troops, 3 Heavy, 3 Fast

Yeah I figured something was off when you had special weapons teams and commisars in the HQ section. there are plenty of sources to download PDF copies of codices online, you may want to find one and try again. You can still do most of what you wanted in 5th edition but you need to be aware of new rules and changes to existing units.

The other problem is building a 6,600pt army with no Apocalypse units. Having 385 men and 3 tanks doesn't help you much when the other guy's got two Revenants/three Baneblades/three or four Brass Scorpions/an absurdly large Shadow Weaver host/a Manta/a Hierophant/a Monolith Phalanx/whatever other trick you feel like pulling that leads to lots and lots of dead Guardsmen.

Carabine: I'm looking for one right now.
AnomanderRage: That's actually a very good point. I have a Shadowsword model right here, but none of my friends have uber-models, just loads of standards.

Also, to be clear, if I ever complete any of the four armies I have threads for it will be in at least 4 years when I can have a room of an apartment dedicated, I'm still only in Highschool.
